Healthy Weight Week. January 18-24, 2009
  Third full week in January. Encourages healthy living habits that last a lifetime and prevent eating and weight problems . Typically, Americans begin a New Year diet the first week and break it the second.   Tuesday of Healthy Weight Week. Exposes weight loss fraud and quackery in effort to help educate consumers. Annual Slim Chance Awards highlight the "worst" weight loss products of the year. <MORE>
   
Women’s Healthy Weight Day. January 22, 2009
